At Intrepid, we're excited to introduce a new, streamlined digital banking platform designed with you in mind. This page is your comprehensive guide to everything you need to know about your new online banking features, frequently asked questions, and how to make the most of your upgraded experience.

How do I download the app?

  • Apple users will be required to update their existing Intrepid App

How do I register for Digital Banking?

Existing Digital Banking members will need to login using their Username and establish a new Password.

New Users will need to register their account through the "New User" login button.

Joint Owners will need to follow the same steps as a new user to register. Go through the "New User" login button.

Registration Instructions

Existing users will select "Forgot Password" within online access on desktop or mobile.

  1. Enter in your identifying information and enter your current username
  2. Choose your two-factor authentication method: Text, email, or call. 
  3. Enter your two-factor authentication code
  4. Create new password

New users will select "Register a New Account" within the online access on desktop or mobile. 

  1. Enter in your identifying information
  2. Create a username: Must be a minimum of 8 characters, can contain letters, numbers and special characters.
  3. Create a password: Must be a minimum of 8 characters and requires:
  • Uppercase letters
  • Lowercase letters
  • Numbers
  • Special characters

     4. Choose your two-factor authentication method: Text, email, or call. 

     5. Enter your two-factor authentication code

What happens if I get locked out of Digital Banking?

For your security, your account is locked if you have incorrectly entered a password too many times in a row. 

Please call us at (406) 443-5400 to further assist. 

What if I forgot my password or username?

Click the "Forgot Username or Password" option.

Username: You'll be asked to verify your identity using your Member Number, SSN, Birth Date, and Email. 

Password: Verify your Username, SSN, and Zip Code.

Accessible Accounts

All of your accounts will now appear under one login for digital banking.

You will now only have access to accounts linked to your social security number for security reasons.

You will also be able to add your external accounts instantly so all of your internal and external accounts are in one place.

How to Hide Accounts

If you would like hide accounts you do not want to view follow these steps:

  1. Settings
  2. Accounts
  3. Click on the pencil icon
  4. Click Hide This Account

And done! 

You may unhide accounts later if needed.

Transfers

 

You will be able to transfer funds once you have logged into your digital banking.

Mobile: Click on the Transfers widget

Desktop: Click on the Transfer & Pay tab and choose "Transfers"

You will be able to move money from both inside and outside of Intrepid Credit Union.

Bill Pay

Schedule one-time or recurring bill payments and never miss a payment. 

If you already use our bill pay service today, don't worry, all of your existing payees will move over to the brand new platform!

Credit Score

You will now be able to monitor your credit score and understand key factors that impact your score. The Credit Score service, powered by Savvy Money, will provide you with the most relevant information from your credit score and is a free benefit to our members!

Intrepid Loan Payments

You can now use Intrepid Loan Payments to pay with a debit card or external bank account.

Access Intrepid Loan Pay:

  1. Using digital banking 
    Select Transfer & Pay > Intrepid Loan Payments

Pay a Person

Intrepid is making it even easier for members to move money to others! This service will let you securely send money electronically to friends, family, or anyone with a bank account in the U.S.  All you need to get started is the recipient's email address or phone number.  

Additional Enhancements

The upgrade will include the following enhancements:

  • Set up Account Alerts and Notifications
  • Snapshot - instantly view your account balance without logging in
  • Two-factor authentication to protect your accounts
